Change mailing address issue

I recently moved and I wanted to change my address in the Self serve section.
However, when I enter my new address and hit submit, it then shows a popup that it found a match (2x matches), with completely different postal codes and cities (incorrect matches) which by then I hit cancel because these do not match my address at all.

How to do I get it show the correct address?

Hi Farrah, https://www.canadapost.ca/pca/ This is the system Koodo uses. Enter your address into it and see what it comes up with and how it should actually be written out.
Wel Just so you know...Koodoo's system does not match what I get on Canada Post.......Tried that already...thanks........

Hmmmm....Farrah what postal code are you seeing a mismatch between us and Canada Post. We are using their software and I'm puzzlled to hear what mentioned. If would be awesome if we could fix this but we would have to know what the problem is first. Thanks in advance!

When I enter my postal in (e.g. M4L 6S9 / Toronto , ON), I get my correct address showing below in the form) but when I hit submit to save this address, the site shows a popup with address matches (2x) with the following postal codes that do not match the Toronto city at all (See screengrab)

That's so funny. I went to school in Innerkip for a few years. I can assure Canadapost that it is NOT big enough to have a "xxxx" street of anything, especially 4 floors up. There's nothing but houses on that small stretch of road. That address basically doesn't exist. Tavistock isn't much better.
