Certificate expired when trying to logout


Haven't seen much of this on the forum if any. I am either assuming that kodoo needs to renew its certifcation or something is messed with the logout screen.
The only way to confirm a full logout is a one time exception.

Are you running an anti-virus program on your computer? If so, this is a known issue with Firefox and some anti-virus. I just dealt with this exact issue on a Dell computer using FireFox and ESET anti-virus. The error did not appear on Edge browser. I found a description on the ESET webpage to address the issue, by searching ESET and the error description.

Log in to Self Serve. Click Log out.

It will only give that screen if you login through kodoomobile website, then go to self serve, then log out from there.
