Haven't seen much of this on the forum if any. I am either assuming that kodoo needs to renew its certifcation or something is messed with the logout screen.
The only way to confirm a full logout is a one time exception.

Are you running an anti-virus program on your computer? If so, this is a known issue with Firefox and some anti-virus. I just dealt with this exact issue on a Dell computer using FireFox and ESET anti-virus. The error did not appear on Edge browser. I found a description on the ESET webpage to address the issue, by searching ESET and the error description.
