I’ve been trying to upgrade to a new phone through self-serve but I never get to check out. No matter what, It always brings me back to “my order” page. Ive tried everything from ordering in another browser and even selecting a different phone but I cant ever place an order. I manage to confirm my address and check off to agreeing to the plan changes (I’m not even changing plans so I dont know why this pops up). No credit card info is asked and I still have a 90$ tab left to pay but this month’s deal is that my tab will be waived so I dont think that would be the issue.
