Cant log to Self Server - Waiting for Authorization

I cant log to my self serve... about a year now, and I have 2nd service line. Please help

No access to self serve for a year 🤤 Damn.

Hello Bobby! Your Self Serve e-mail address is not linked to a Koodo account. Please schedule a call at koodo.com/chat in the "Ask" window. We will not be able to attach it from the Community. In the call center you will be able to authenticate with the PIN or details such as ID.
