Question

cannot update email for refer a friend


Recieved an email from Koodo to update email in refer-a-friend to match self-serve email.  When I try to do this, I keep getting an error message - after having successfully logged into the refer friend account.  Any ideas?

Hey ns - what exactly does the error message say? Could your email be connected to a different profile? If you can share more info. on what the message is, we can better direct you on how to get this resolved.

Hmm.. assuming you've tried to refresh and clicked the link? Have you tried through a different browser or device? If none of this works, I would suggest reaching out via the Contact Us link on the same website and we can further look into this and assist you.
