Cannot update address

I cannot update my billing address or mailing address. It is a po box. It is stopping me frome purchasing a new phone

Could be due to a mismatch between the ‘on record’ credit card billing address and the new address being introduced? Both need to be identical. According to similar customer failed attempts, changes may be done by a rep or at a koodo store.

Update: so there is a character limitation on certain fields which creates the issue for your challenging address. Pushed it through without space and should show up now.
