Cannot track new phone

Hello,

I ordered a new phone 2 nights ago. When I try to track on self serve, it does not recognize the order number.  

Any ideas?

@Lifeshine Only online orders checkable at the moment. You ordered via the a phone call. As soon as the order is shipped they should send you an email with tracking info for your device.

Another option is to contact the webstore by email at koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com to see if there is a problem with the order number.
