Cannot Log Into Self Serve. HELP!

How on earth can you retrieve a forgotten password when the email you associated with the account is no longer active and there is no option to text it to your phone? There should be seeing as it is Koodoo, This is my problem. I forgot my password and I can’t even reset it because the email I had with koodo is no longer active. What do I do and how do I get into my account?

Email address access is very important as this is your access door to Koodo services. If you don’t have the access to your email, you would have to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to assist. You could set up a callback or chat with rep via facebook https://www.facebook.com/Koodo/twitter messaging. They might ask you some security questions about your account to verify you.
