Cannot log into my account


I did not get a helpful answer and then my conversation was closed for comments or replies. This is a reflection of poor customer service. I cannot log into my account. I was told to register. I believe I am registered. I go to register it says my email is linked to another account. I had a prepaid account. I don't have access to that one either. I'm now on a monthly account. I got an email saying go to self serve to link the accounts. That link is broken. I can't get through on the phone. The only information I have is my email, my account number, and my phone number. I know my login information but your site says there's something that is going wrong. I do not have a way to link the accounts without help here. please help... I'd like to point out you have a private inquiry email.... but you must sign into your account to do so..... This is a pickle, and an annoying one.

Hi Leslie - when setting up your account for the first time, you need to activate through the link that gets emailed to you. Looks like you went in directly to set-up an account on our website. I've resent the profile creation email to the same address you're using here. Please follow the steps, and see if that works. Let us know if you still run into any issues. 
I cannot log into my account. I was told to register and I have registered and I have received an e-mail stating I have registered.  I pressed the link in my e-mail many times to log in and it says my email is linked to another account. I cannot get through phone to get a rep to help me log in.  Please help !!!
