Cannot connect phone to self-serve


Cannot see my phone on Koodo self-serve? When I try to link it to my account it says "Specified Object Already Exists"

Are you currently on a monthly plan or a prepaid plan? If you are on prepaid, some people get mixed up with prepaid self-serve and just self-serve. If not, I would try clearing your cache and cookies in your browser and log in again.
I'm on a monthly plan. I tried that, and am still having the issue. It seems, from reading the FAQ, like there is an account owner that isn't this account, and needs to transfer abilities to me. However I have tried every email address I've ever had, and none of them seem to have an account here either. So I'm not sure why I'm not able to view my phone.
