Cannot change rate plan in self serve


I have been trying to change my rate plan all day and I keep getting an error saying: “It looks like you can’t choose a Perk right now.” This happens even if I choose that I’m not going to choose a perk. It says to try again in an hour but I’ve been trying for hours now and it’s the same error. It also says if the problem persists to try the chat, but the chat cannot help me.

Can I please get a rep involved?

No it wouldn’t let me change at all with or without the perk.

I’ve tried on multiple devices and browsers and all the same error.

 

I’m trying to change to the $50/month plan with 40GB of data and the Premium Voicemail perk.
