I have been trying to change my rate plan all day and I keep getting an error saying: “It looks like you can’t choose a Perk right now.” This happens even if I choose that I’m not going to choose a perk. It says to try again in an hour but I’ve been trying for hours now and it’s the same error. It also says if the problem persists to try the chat, but the chat cannot help me.
Can I please get a rep involved?
