Cannot change billing address

Hello, trying to order a new phone but I had to change my address via billing and it just will not save. I have tried different browsers.  Google tells me that this is a chronic issue.  How can I get this fixed? I did schedule a call back for this evening but this seems a bit ridiculous.

Was the address verified by Canada post? And was there any error showing up when you tried to change it?

Hello, yes it was verified and said “success” but the address never actually changes.  And when I go to make a purchase it keeps wanting to ship to my old address.
