cannot access self serve account to activate line


Hi,

I am receiving the below message when I try to create my self serve account in order to activate my newly received sim and port my number from PM:

"You're still waiting to be approved Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved."

Order No. HFO22778559

I received my sim by mail and followed the instructions and now I can't do anything.

Please help!

Those instructions are likely wrong. If the sim works right now, then you should have received an email to verify your self serve. If the sim is not active then they have not sent it yet and you jumped the gun.

EItherway you will need to contact Koodo to get your self serve fixed.

Thanks Dennis, I have a scheduled a callback from a koodo rep to get this fixed.
Once it's fixed, only create a self serve account through the link in the activation email that Koodo sends you otherwise you'll run into the same problem.
