cannot access self serve

When accessing Koodo self serve I only get blank pages no matter what option I choose, e.g. My Profile, Mobile Services.

Is there a fix for this issue? I tried different browsers (IE, Chrome, Opera)

Have you completed registration for your self-serve account already? Have you previously had no issues?
I have completed the registration process a few hours back, it is the first time accessing the self-serve account.

Checking similar issues from before it could be an issue with your email or requires a reset. You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it sorted out to see what the issue is.

As @Goran suggested, the likely cause appears to be that the email you're using here is connected to an old/disconnected account. Assuming you were trying to access your account using this same email? Looks like you were since able to speak with an agent and get everything sorted using a new email.

Could you try deleting the browser cache and cookies or even change the browser? It may fix the problem.
