cancel port

I tried to port my number and it’s taking longer than suggested. Then I tried to cancel Using  self serve and it won’t cancel. It keeps saying in progress

You cannot cancel the port via self serve. I recommend using the Koodo Assistant to schedule a callback from a rep.

Are you a new customer (Postpaid/Prepaid)? Did you ask for number porting  when you activated your account? How long ago did you ask for number porting?  How long ago did you ask to cancel number porting?  Is your ‘old’ account, with the previous provider accessible and is still active?  How exactly did you try to cancel the porting (detail the menu option used)?.
