Cancel Account

We have 1 account with 3 lines. I want to cancel one and put the other 2 in those peoples names. NOOOwhere  online can I find a way to do that and when I try to schedule a call back it says goodbye and ends the call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve tried multiple times, same thing.

Also tried to phone multiple times no luck.

Am I missing something, this is incredibly frustrating.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to set a call back through the chat

Type " I want to cancel a line".

You will need a callback to cancel the 1 line. While you’re in that call get them to leave notes to approve those other two people to take their numbers and then they can each contact customer service to take ownership of their lines.

As @Mayumi and @Allan M have mentioned, you need to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist in order to cancel your line. https://Koo.do/Chat 

With respect to the other two lines, you can do a transfer of ownership. Note there will be a $45 connection fee billed to the new account owner for the service. You can visit the link below for more information. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/transfer-of-ownership-town

The one I want to cancel is my koodo home phone and they have offered me times between 9-11 tomorrow morning when I am at work and the home phone is not.

Tried to request other options of times...got an unrelated response.

I’ve been a loyal customer since Telus/Koodo was Clearnet! A $45 connection fee each!

I believe another carrier would be happy to have our business, guess I’ll do some calling around.

Fortunately for us there are other options that are cheaper and with better customer service.

You can request a callback to ANY Canadian number. They don't need to call you on the home phone line.

And then you can select a later time:

 

Contact made and requests fulfilled.

Virtual assistants are NEVER as good as a human.
