Can't start self serve. It's waiting to be approved


I can't start self serve because it's saying "You're still waiting to be approved Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved."
I only used one email address when I bought sim card or sign in for koodomobile.

This usually happens because the email was used in a previous Koodo account or it also happens because you never completed the registration process. If you never received the email and checked all addresses it could be plus their junk folders it's possible that there was a typo or something when it was being entered by the rep. Or something else like that. In that case you'd need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it reset so you can complete registration.
