Can't select a new plan

Userlevel 1

In Self-Serve when I click to change my plan, it loads my current plan but in the next column the boxes that should have the plans I can pick from don’t load.

Which plan you are looking at?   

Those promo plans are for new activation or phone upgrade only.

$45 plan, but the thing is no plans load at all. There should be at least something there to choose from.

If that doesn’t work, I would suggest you contact a social media rep via facebook messaging https://www.facebook.com/Koodo. She/He should be able to help you out. You should also mention about the issue that you cannot change the plan yourself so they can have a look into it and won’t charge you $10 service fee.
