Can't Port my number from Telus to Koodo

Trying for 2 days to port my existing mobile number over to Koodo from Telus. Gone through all the steps in the self serve portal, and receive the following error every time:

An Error Occurred.

Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again.

What is the issue, and what needs to be done to allow me to port my number?

You’ll need to schedule a callback using the Koodo's Digital Asistant : http://koodo.ca.ada.support/chat/?language=en 

There seems to be an error with tranfering number from Telus.

You could contact their porting department directly and ask a rep there to assist +1.844.232.7678

Resolved!  Thank you for your help.  The second callback attempt was successful, and my number has been ported over to Koodo.  Not sure what the issue was that was preventing me from porting my number on my own, but the Support Agent was able to help me right away. Thanks Dinh and Robert T for your responses!

Thank you.  I am on my second attempt at getting a call back. First attempt never connected to a nyone.  Hopefully this one will work.  Thanks again.
