Trying for 2 days to port my existing mobile number over to Koodo from Telus. Gone through all the steps in the self serve portal, and receive the following error every time:
An Error Occurred.
Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again.
What is the issue, and what needs to be done to allow me to port my number?

You’ll need to schedule a callback using the Koodo's Digital Asistant : http://koodo.ca.ada.support/chat/?language=en
There seems to be an error with tranfering number from Telus.
