Can't login: "Your login failed. Please try again".

I can’t log in to my Koodo Prepaid account, and I am positive my login information is correct. Even when I try to reset my passowrd, I get the error message “ForgotPassword/LoginUnsuccessfulUser_LoginDisabled”.

I'd suggest then sending a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it sorted out.

Can you make sure you are logging into the prepaid self serve and not the monthly self serve

Hi, I am getting the same issue, has this been fixed? I need to login and get reset my password, getting the same error message. I cannot contact the support as I need to login to add credits to my phone.
