Can't login to Self-Serve. It keeps saying "You're still waiting to be approved"

Can’t login to Self-serve and it says I’m waiting to be approved.

Try the following:

Go to koodo.com/chat

Say “I can't access self serve"

When it asks if this is your first time signing in, say “yes"

Follow the instructions from there to reset your self serve profile.

If this doesn't work, send them a message via Facebook messenger or Twitter DM. A koodo rep will help reset the profile from their end.
