I can’t login as I keep getting a message saying:

You're still waiting to be approved

Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address

You'll have to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get your account reset. I'm assuming thst you tried to register for self-serve before getting your activation email?
