Can't link new account


I used to be with Koodo and have recently returned with a new phone and new account. I can't register for self serve because my original account is still active, however I have been unable to link the 2 accounts so far. Is there a waiting period after requesting the link? Or is there a way to delete my original account so I can re-register with my new one?

"because my original account is still active..." - When did you cancel your account? If it within 90 days, you can access to your old self serve account to see your info, but it's not active. That's why you can't link them together. I would call Koodo and explain your situation - (you can't register your new selfserve account because your original one is still accessible) - they should be able to register new one for you.
