Can't get temporary password?


I don't understand how my old account(Under my mother's name) using Gmail will obtain an email, but when I use my new account with a Yahoo! Email I DO NOT recieve my temporary password. What's up?

DID you check to see if it got sent to your spam folder?

Did you try already the forgot password link? If this does not work, you may call Customer Service to reset the password and make sure they have the right e-mail address on file...

Are you setting up a second login for the same koodo account, changing the email for an existing login or working with a completely different koodo account?

Since the temporary password email contains elements that some security features on some email accounts don't trust, the email may have been sent to your Junk folder, as mentionned earlier, or deleted all together. One thing that you can do is "white list" Koodo's email address so it will always pass security. The email address is customerservice@koodomobile.com, if you didn't already have it.

It has NOT been sent to junk. It is simply not there. This account was setup by customer service when I had a transfer done, and I'd been using SelfServe until I locked myself out due to incorrect password attempts. If all else fails I will call customer service.
