Can't get into my account


Hello. My daughter & I were paying our koodo bill under the same account. Just recently we've had our account seperated. My daughter can get into her account, however after I created my new account I can't get in. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong? When my daughter & I were on the same account I was the main account holder.
