Can't change plan with self serve

Been trying for days to change plan but keep getting error with ice cream cone picture.

What plan are you trying to change to?

Do you see this plan in your self serve as one you are eligible to change to?


Have you tried clearing your browser’s cache?

It is the 55$ for 75gb, yes it shows up as one of three eligible plans. I’ve cleared cache, tried different browser and tried different devices, all with same result.
