can’t access seld serve


I can’t access self serve no matter the browser. I need to set up my pre-authorized payment. Every time I click on it it opens up this page which seems to be loading something, but it never does.

Could you try to clear the cache of the browser or refresh the page?. If that doesn’t work, try the incognito mode of the web browser to see if it helps. One time, I have to refresh the page several time to fetch the data from Koodo server.

Thank you so much Dinh! Unfortunately nothing seems to do the trick. I guess I’ll have to visit the store directly.

Just to confirm, are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? for some service, you might have to talk to rep from the call center and the store might not be able to help.

Also, if you have a laptop/desktop, I recommend you test the browsers on that.

I’m a postpaid customer, will I have to talk to the rep? 
Also I already tried to set it up on my laptop too but I keep getting the same result 🥲.

Let me flag a rep here to see if he or she can help in the forum. 

As this is late afternoon, a rep might reply tomorrow. In the meantime I recommend you try again to night and tomorrow to see if that can do anything

Hi! It’s my first time checking out my self serve account. When I set it up I didn’t do anything further.
