Can't access my password on email I'm locked out

If you're referring to the password you use for your personal e-mail account(s), then that doesn't surprise me. Koodo doesn't handle your e-mail account. You'd have to try and reset it with that provider. Now if you're referring to the email you used to register for a Self Serve account, that's different. If you're having difficulty logging in, there should be an option to reset it next to the login details. If not, try calling back again. They should have no problems fixing your SS for you.
