can someone help me?


my plan says i can use 2GB...but i'm only getting to use 1GB...the website says to self serve to change my account but i can not find thia option. any help?

Have you registered on Self Serve yet? If not, here is the link to “How do I register for Self Serve?” http://help.koodomobile.com/self-serve/registering/how-do-i-register-for-self-serve You can check your billing cycle, tab balance, account’s balance and the due date, etc. 🙂 When you create your Self Service account, the system sent you an e-mail to validate your e-mail to complete/activate the registration. So check your e-mail and confirm it then try to login again.

You can also check your plan and change you plans too. Not sure what you mean by you are only getting to use 1GB
