Can not login to my account

I am having issue with my account. Able to login have this issue . I can not call centre they are close . I am trying to activate my new account. Where i can get help to resolve the issue.

Have you received the activation email? 

If you received, you could go to their digital assistant www.koodo.com/chat and type “I cannot access my selfserve”. It might be able to reset your selfserve account.
