I have tried several times to order iphone 14 Pro and update data plan too in chart. I get to Confirm address which was correct and get “woops something went wrong”. I also see “application error” when trying to search problem.

If you tried to place the order on your Smartphone, please try from a computer/ laptop if possible. If not possible, please open your browser on your smartphone in incognito mode and try placing the order. Please let us know if you are still encountering issues.
I have tried on my iPhone 11 phone, my apple laptop and my husband’s windows laptop. They all say ‘Whoops, something went wrong, please try again.’ after I press the confirm my address button.
When I try to check my address in my profile I get “Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

Have you tried to clear the cache of the browser or use the invisible mode of the web browser?.
As well, try to refresh the page if you saw the error. Sometimes, it was some issue with timeout with the system.
I did the clearing the cashe in the browser and went in using incognito mode as well . Neither fixed the problem. Still can not get past the check address window of order.
