Can i disable an old self serve account to use the email address for the new one?

Hi there,

So i still have an old account registered to my email id. after switching carriers for a while, i decided to get back to koodo so i bought a new device with a new plan (hence, a new account number).

The problem started when i try to port in my non-koodo number and it won’t let me. i can’t register for self serve ‘cause it says my email is already in use.

Excuse my poor explanation skills. Any help would be much appreciated.

You could go to their digital assistant www.koodo.com/chat and type in “I cannot access my selfserve”, it might be able to reset the email account for you.
