So i still have an old account registered to my email id. after switching carriers for a while, i decided to get back to koodo so i bought a new device with a new plan (hence, a new account number).
The problem started when i try to port in my non-koodo number and it won’t let me. i can’t register for self serve ‘cause it says my email is already in use.
Excuse my poor explanation skills. Any help would be much appreciated.
