Callback - how does one determine the TIME ZONE for the call?

Anyone know how to determine the callback TIME ZONE? 

If it says 9am. I am to assume it factored in my area code? 

Or is it like TD Bank and all appointments are in the time zone of the caller?

Maybe this info is hidden somewhere in the self-serve info. Like a really tragic easter egg hunt...
