Block Data from Self Serve!!


Please add an option to block data to a specific phone/account using the self serve page on the website! I have turned off data on my phone but somehow am still getting charged for it!

I support this. In the meantime, I suggest you call 611 to place a data block on your account.

They use to have this on self-serve and then they got rid of it 😞

That will reduce number of calls to Koodo reps but it'll reduce money in the Koodo pocket, don't ask me how, because it'll be very easy for Koodo customers to block Data and Koodo won't be able to cell his Data service.

Turning the data off on the phone is just as easy and doesn't require calling in.

Some people don't want to accidentally turn it on and incur charges. Especially for parents with kids.
