Bill info?


Do I need to wait until I've been a customer a full month to access my bill info on the self-serve tab on the website? I can find the area to change passwords, etc, but can't find bill info (ie. minutes used) anywhere

Call customer service. You're probably setup as an account manager instead of an owner.

You should see a tab about billing if not follow Timo's advice, as it seems you are not set up as an "owner" for your self service account.

If you just joined Koodo, your bill might not be ready yet.
