Bad memory causing isues with my self serve


I have forgotten my password and security question for my self serve account. I can't seem to find a place on koodo or someone at koodo to ask. Thanks for your help in advance

Hi Chris,

If the "Forgot my password" link does not work for you, you can call Koodo (*611) and they will help you get into your account again 🙂

That process takes MAYBE 5 minutes...tops. In cases I have dealt with, 3 - 5 minutes is what I timed, assuming your computer is running efficiently. When/if you call Koodo, Chris, have the agent stay on the line with you while you set up the new profile. Deleting the old profile and setting up a new one is what I found to work without error.
