Back in Canada

Hi, I went in europe few months ago and put my account in the seasonal pause mode. Since I'am back, I try to change it to the normal mode with the self service online (the aswer is try later each time, but now I'am trying for few weeks) and I tried to call koodo but it's closed. 

Can someone help me please!

You need a rep to assist you with that.

You could send message to their facebook https://www.facebook.com/Koodo via Facebook messenger and chat with a rep there.

Another way is to schedule a callback from a rep, go to their digital assistant www.koodo.com/chat , type in a number that you could receive calls and type #helpSS. The option for callback should show up.
