Avoid using different sub-menu's under the same menu

On the main Koodo page, there are the [b]Shop, [b]Self Serve, and [b]Support menus. Under [b]Self Servethere are the various self serve sub-menus for monthly, prepaid and activation. Now once logged into self serve, the main menus are the same, but under [b]Self Serve the sub-menus are changed to Self Serve specific features. This can be confusing as some customers may not expect the sub menus to change and will miss out on the features of the new self serve.

I totally agree. I've been confused quite some time on how to find plan details and everything before you telling me that. Consider sending it as a feedback from the self-serve send a feedback feature!

I didnt see the feed back like on self serve. Only on the main koodo page. And I couldnt attach pictures since I was confused just reading what I wrote lol
