Anyone else having problem with self serve?

I can log in, but when I got to access certain things on self serve such as manage services, it give me an error has occurred page. Says refresh or try again later. Have been trying for a couple of days now, multiple browsers and devices, no success.

You will need to contact Koodo and have them reset your self serve.

I can still access my selfservice as usual. I would suggest you try to clear the history and cache of the browsers and see if it helps anything.

You could also send message to their facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) if that is more convenient for you.
