Any way to recover my account password by text? My email has changed due to an internet service provider change.


I've forgotten my password. My email address has changed due to an internet service provider change and I can no longer access it! Please help.

Never by text. You'll need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter or call 611 to get your account reset so can use your new email.

A private message via Facebook is the best Colin. You will not have to wait on the phone. :-) 
Ok great! Thanks for the fast response. I've sent a message to the Koodo facebook page via messenger, just awaiting a reply.
