An error occurred while logging in

I can log onto the self serve. But this error message shown to me when I click ‘shop’ and choose ‘plan‘ or ’phone’, and my phone number. This error does not happen when I choose ‘add another line’ for plan or phone. 

Anyone knows why?

I have been experiencing this for the last two days, can't seem to get it to work.  I tried all the troubleshooting they tell you to do and still won't work.
