As I can see in another thread, many people are dealing with this issue in some way.
Unlike others, I was able to change my plan and order a new phone last night, awesome! However when I log into self serve to activate the Amazon Prime promotion going on, I am getting the same endless loading page that others are running into. Same as others, I have tried multiple computers, cell phone, different networks, cleared cache and a bunch of other stuff. There is a problem with the website,
If you think it’s due to the servers being over capacity with the promotions going on now, I will just wait a bit and try and complete it then.
