after over a month with koodo, I still can not log in to see my bill or usage. .I can't log in period!


Can not log in to view usage or bill. Haven't been able to since changing over to koodo

Are you monthly or prepaid??
If you are prepaid then your account was set up right at registration,
but if you are monthly, then you would have recieved an email at the time of activation with instructions on how to set up the account.

Is your account set up?
You should be able to sign in right from that moment.

If it's not set up search Koodo in your email and look through the emails to find the one with your self serve activation instructions.

Monthly, I did set it up but it has never worked.

Try resetting your password!
if that doesnt work than customer service at *611 will be able to set it all up for you.

Tried both and no go! Password never works even when trying to change it, it tells me my security question is in correct...and it is not. Then it will tell me that I changed my email address rather than my password. Have spoke to customer service and they tell me the pin is wrong, which it isn't. I totally give up

Sounds like a mess.
Customer service has more ways of verifying your identity beside your pin.
Your best bet is to cll customer service.
Tell them you forgot your pin, and are having problems accessing your account..

Settling for not having a self serve account is definitely out of the question. Don't give up!!!!

Please let me know how it goes.
They can fix it!

Sherry, I understand that it's frustrating, but you shouldn't give up. If your PIN is wrong, there should be other ways to verify your identity.

I was added onto bf's account. And nope...I can't do anything. And yes he has okay'ed it properly.

Hey Sherry! If a PIN is forgotten by the customer, we ask them to confirm with us the 3 pieces of ID that they gave us during activation. However, since you are a subscriber on the account and the actual account is not under your name, we cannot ask you for that information. Can you ask your boyfriend for the PIN? If he doesn't remember it himself, have him call and we will authenticate him and provide him with the PIN afterwards.
