What was the error that you saw? If possible, can you post a snapshot of it here? (without any personal detail please).
Also, was your address the same as registered in Canadian post address?

Tried it all before I posted just wondering if there was something wrong with KOODO!! I live in the boonies of Northern Ontario so the only Option I get is the GD PO Box option and then it says saved but 15 minutes later it hasn't changed.. tried it about 20 times and same results… Ill have to call in and talk to somebody who has never heard of Northern Ontario I guess.. JK JK !!
