trying to set up my koodo account and it will not accept my postal code..    WHY

Please check and see if your postal code lines up with your address. If it does not, the system will not accept it, preventing you from setting up your Self-Serve account. 

In some cases, the postal code does not work, as they pull the address from the system powered by Canada Post. This may be due to a change in the postal code, which has not been updated by the system.

In the meantime, I have flagged a rep to help you out.

@Fred Mckay Pls make sure your postal code is entered without spaces like Koodo Assists suggests.
