account owner set up


I am the owner of my account, when I set up my self-serve it never asked me for anything but my name and phone number. Now it says I need permission from the account owner to use the self-serve. How do I switch my account to an "Owner Account"?

You'll  need to call Koodo *611 from your phone.
Tell them you have a difficulty to access your self serve account. (It sound like you created your account as Manager instead of Owner)
They will fix it for you 🙂  And there is no charge for this.
