Account linked to another email address


Hi,
I have been trying to log into my Koodo Self Serve account to view my account statement in order to pay my bills, but when I typed in my username and password to log in, I am getting the below seen message:
"You're still waiting to be approved Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved."

You will need to contact Koodo and have them reset your self serve and follow the link they send you to set up your account and only from the email they send you,do not try to set it up any other way or you will get this error.
They may respond here or you can send them a Private message to their FB page or Twitter account

Hi @Joan Raju Skaria - I just reset your email and attached it to the correct account. You should receive an email shortly with instructions on how to set up your self serve account - please make sure to follow the steps and use the link in that email to set up your account.

@hayesamie Right now the best way to contact Koodo to fix your problem is to request a callback through the digital assistant. They can't authenticate accounts through Facebook/Twitter right now.

Im having the same problem right now the call call back lady was no help she said i cant do an account before registering but obviously i did so i tried another email to register for self serve again and that was no help i want to cancel my rogers today its already 3 days in

Have you received your Koodo Sim card yet? You need to set up a self serve account through the link in the activation email that Koodo sends you or you'll get an error. This email should arrive around the same time as you received your order. Have you received the activation email?

If you're getting the self serve account error you'll have to contact Koodo again to fix.

Contact Koodo to fix your self serve account if Ranjan doesn't show up to fix. You can request a callback from the assistant or send them a Facebook/Twitter message.

@hikarimoro - it looks like your email was still linked to an old deactivated account. I just removed it and attached to your new line - you should get an email shortly with instructions on how to set up your new self serve account (same gmail as what you provided when setting up your account).

Let us know if that does/doesn't work, and if you have any other questions.
@Ranjan Koodo thank you! i got the e-mail, but when i clicked on the link to complete my registration, it went to an error page (just says 'ooops something went wrong').

Try with another browser or in incognito mode?
@Robert T tried both (other browsers and in incognito), still getting the same error
