account could not found when registering for self serve


I just signed up with Koodo today and I am trying to set up my self serve account but when I do so it's telling me "Account could not be found". I have followed steps in here with basic issues such as clearing cache, history, etc. I have tried multiple different browers (Chrome, I.E, FireFox) still getting the same issue. I have made calls/texts with the number I received so I know it's working properly. Any suggestions?

Yeah your not the only person that is having this issue today. Could be a website issue. My advice would be to email Koodo from self serve and let them know your issues.
Just tried again and the issue is finally fixed.
