Account changes without knowledge

Last night there were multiple changes on my plan without me knowing. One of the changes included canceling the plan. I’m not sure what I can do to fix it, I can’t call a support number due to  calls being disabled on my account and I do not have WI-FI calling enabled,

Please consider calling Koodo porting center  1-844-232-7678 (opens 9am) and ask them for port protection to make sure that your number will not be ported out.

I don’t have any way of calling. I am waiting on Facebook and Twitter DM’s now. Thanks for the suggestion.
